the location was good , only a twenty-minute walk to marienplatz. the metro station was very close to the hotel , a definite plus. the staff were very helpful , providing useful information. i also liked that the hotel was very clean.
the heating system in the room was not great , i felt a little cold. the reception area was warmer , which highlighted the difference. i would have preferred a more consistent temperature throughout the hotel.

The location is superb. It is close to the metro stop, so reaching other parts of the city was simple. Check-in was quick. The staff let us keep our luggage before and after check out, a service I greatly appreciated. I received a complimentary upgrade. The room was cleaned every day.
The room was small, but I was only there for a few nights, so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient for transport links.
The room lacked a kettle. This meant hot drinks were not possible. There was no wardrobe either. I found the breakfast area quite small.

the 24-hour reception offered friendly, informative service always. i found the room quite lovely. the beds offered great comfort and the water pressure was strong and consistent. the staff stored my bags before check-in and after check-out.

The location was great, especially since it was a short walk from the train station and the U Bahnhof was only 5 minutes away.
The room was not good. There was no kettle, so i couldn't make tea in the morning (i like it very much). The carpet in the room looked really bad. It was stained and quite unsightly. i am very disappointed.

the location is close to the train station. there is a metro station right around the corner too. you can easily reach the airport using the s-bahn. the beds are very comfy and the water pressure is nice. the breakfast selection is satisfactory depending on the hour and day.
the heating system in my room was not good. i felt cold. the reception area was warmer compared to my room.
